The ground floor features a kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining area, a living room with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. Every space is finished with fine materials, terracotta floors and exposed wooden beam ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and all accessories.
Flanked by olive trees along the access road to Domus Clara, you'll be welcomed by the scents of roses, lavender and rosemary. The pink stone that defines the outdoor area glows in the sunlight that wraps the farmhouse throughout the day, later giving way to the warm light of an unforgettable sunset.
Built entirely in stone, the infinity pool blends perfectly with the farmhouse's architecture. Ideal for relaxation, fun and wellbeing, its panoramic position creates the illusion that the water merges with the sky. A safety gate allows even the youngest guests to enjoy the outdoors safely.
I love Assisi and I come back whenever I can. I stayed a week at this property. It's surrounded by greenery at the foot of Monte Subasio, and still very easy to reach.

I arrived with my whole family at this holiday home and I have to say it has everything. Parking, a panoramic pool, outdoor equipment for cooking or barbecuing. We really had fun and relaxed.
